PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The “Formicarium” is CUNY and SUNY club inspired by the life of ants. The CUNY and SUNY system has the power to change the world through diversity and innovation. By concentrating on the
ecosystem and operation of ants gives, the Formicarium will harness the optimal human experience and community structure for the betterment and success for the individuals of unique backgrounds; combatting the status and providing more opportunities than other elitist enterprises. Ultimately, the “Formicarium” uses biomimicry to imitate the qualities of ants and inspire the creation of a CUNY/SUNY club that embraces the connectivity of members.

GOAL: Design a SUNY/CUNY Alumni environment that socially combats the concept of a traditional "university clubs" through the lens of ants to create a unique and communicative human experience.
