PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As of current, Bridgetown, Barbados lacks an organized market for their meat and produce purchases, in addition to a space for leisure activities. Barbadians crave a center to celebrate their culture, as well as host music events, food stalls and restaurants.
GOAL: Design a new market for Barbadians and tourists alike to gather in a community setting while providing a space to share their culture in a celebratory way.
CONCEPT: The Triton Market is the nucleus of culture, celebration, and life.
